Who I help
I partner with Series A through C companies who are at an inflection point and want to improve their odds of getting to the next level. I help executive teams make critical strategic decisions, mature their operations, and support CEOs that need an experienced set of hands as they build their leadership team.
How I work
I am not a passive advisor. Instead, I embed within your leadership team, attend weekly meetings, and own projects with clear deliverables. Given my range of experience in different roles including CEO, CPO, and CMO, I can flex to supplement your leadership team in a variety of ways depending on your needs.
Getting started
I partner with teams in a variety of ways, but a popular way to start an engagement is for me to act as the facilitator for your next strategic offsite. I will help craft an agenda based on CEO and leadership team input, I will interview the team to gauge alignment, and I will moderate the discussion to ensure constructive dialogue. Engagement Structure
I work based on a monthly retainer which can be cash only, or preferably, a reduced cash retainer plus an advisor equity grant. I dedicate between 8-16 hours per week per company and only work with three companies simultaneously to ensure each one receives my full attention. This usually includes a combination of in person and remote work depending on the timing and projects involved. Offsites are naturally done in person
