Another Snow Day
We are having our third snow day of the year. Normally a snow day would be nice but the school system here will probably make this day up during spring break and this will cut into our Florida/Berke vacation time. Oh well...at least we'll be able to get a few pics of the baby in the snow. Maybe...said baby is a little under the weather herself:(

Stuff
A few updates for all of our adoring fans...
Vicki, Emily and I picked up a new house this weekend. We close September 30th.
- Please pray for grandma and grandpa Berke to stay safe as Tropical Storm Fay starts to dump a whole bunch of rain on south Fla.
- The American men hoops team is doing what they're supposed to be doing...as they have the best coach around in Mike Krzyzewski...blowing out the competition. USA beat Germany 106-57 this morning. And from what I heard it wasn't that close.
- Michael Phelps is one of the most extraordinary athletes EVER. Eight events...eight gold medals!
- The Bills looked great the other night. Trent Edwards, Robert Royal, Money "People Hittin'" Lynch, Lee Evans - all played well. If we can get Jason Peters back into camp we may have a good team.
- Obama has been called out by Democratic governors to get specific on what he actually stands for. Yo, Barack...please let us know how you plan to administer this great nation of ours. A lot of us think you're a Socialist. Tell us why you aren't.
- McCain collected $27 million last month. He's way behind Obama, but he's sitting ok.

And the humidity is ridiculous. I definitely think it's a good idea then that Tom Kulikowski and I are golfing this afternoon. Tommy is in CHA for business and he brought his clubs.
Vicki and I had a wonderful dinner last night at Sugar Magnolia in south Charlotte to celebrate her bday. For you Charlotteans, dining here is a must. Definitely one of the better meals I've had in the two years I've been in CHA.
I really, really like the opinions that Giuliani and Romney show here about raising taxes to fix our infrastructure.
